Because of PTSC'S lack of clarity many shareholdes believe that conflicts of interest are rampant...This must end...

Many do not believe that the current BOD are qualified to run PTSC... You did mention that you would be replacing the two vacant seats...Is this your call or does the BOD have the final say....Please give us an updated time frame...Rutt thinking of the current board has been a failure.....

Mr Goerner , as Mr Turley was quotes as saying, we / PTSC / have patents that are like having a patent on water....This is important...Do you agree with Mr Turley....

We can not change the past , but we can prevent poor choices in the future by having a POWERFUL BOD..... Mr Turley with his vast knowledge of the indusrty is no longer with us to inform us of future trends.....Please choose wisely in your new BOD and for the good of the shareholders ask the curent BOD to step down.....I am sure that with the quality of our Patents many HIGHLY qualified members of other corporations would be please to make a contribution to the success of PTSC.....To do less would only mean that you are a yes man.....I do not want to believe that......Larry
