Mr Goerner...In your letter to the shareholders on friday afternoon you mentioned that you had DIRECT conversations with several shareholders......You then addressed their most pressing concerns in your letter..

I have been a shareholder of PTSC since 1999 and have never sold a share....It does make me loyal and it appears not wise....

Please address our concerns , the ones that i talk about with other longs through e-mails and on the phone and not the ones that are the softball questions.....

You mentioned that you have a plan to increase shareholder value....I sugest that as FAST as possible that you hold monthly web casts to inform the shareholders....I also sugest that you take on the tough questions....This will instill confidence and the SP will improve.....Thank you in advance....Larry
