Hm, I witnessed some acquisitions on my client's side the last twenty years and I can assure you, this is not how GOOD, SUBSTANTIAL and LONG TERM SUCCESSFUL acquisistions work.

And even eight to nine months from now until the end of the year are not that much to evaluate a company Goerner, Flowers & Co do not know now, and if the ARS money is freed by Dec 08, that should be the time they need it.

BTW I'm still wondering,

1. why you show up NOW after a long time of silence and

2. why you insist on this ARS-topic being a big threat to PTSC?
