I have zero faith in the entire BOD. A 40k share purchase filing at this level does not boost my confidence. You want to usher in a new wave of shareholder optimism? Set all employee and board options to a new strike price...say $1...(without splitting)...at that point my view would change.

The 1997 -2008 (without TPL/PDS) BOD has nothing to show. If you think I'm overly critical, PLEASE list any accomplishments they've made.

It's time...step on up...
