Chuck -

I don't think RG was trying to scare the little guys into selling. Afterall, he did state that he was optimistic about the company.

At this juncture, the only thing I believe that would make the SP skyrocket is positive re-exams followed by huge settlements.

Per my past experience with this company, I don't think there's anything big going on - unfortunately.
