"We also believe the specific issues that initiated the trading restriction for the company’s directors, officers, employees and consultants who have knowledge of the terms surrounding the December 2007 settlements have been addressed with the public disclosures of last week.”

So everything regarding the settlement has been disclosed and the officers can now trade as they please????  "I'm going to need help understanding this one." 

Unfortunately, I do believe we know all there is to know about the settlement.  If there was a great behind the scenes business deal with the J-3, I would think the officers would still be under a trade restrictions.
