Not if the "behind the scenes" has yet to be determined. 

I'm not the first one here to hypothesize that there is more coming...it's just that even they don't know what it is yet. Many things could be riding on what is the basis for future licensing and even they don't know yet what that will lead to in $$$....all they know is the parameters that surround any future settlement with the J's IMO. Parameters of the agreement would not prohibit them from buying as long as they had no definitive knowledge of the future dollars that may come form any of the licensees
