You have hit the nial on the head...PTSC can make statement that would in no way tell who got what from who.. but still inform stock holders....Like

"Our 1/4 reflects all finicial transaction for the 1/4 but our partners reserve the right to have license based on sale or future events that may effect the validiaty of our pattens..."

"Or license may be granted on future joint activities with companies..."

"We are still only recieveing one time fee"

"Some of our license are one time fee's"

We need somthing here....The statements in Decemeber that we will know with the next Q and thier is a trading restrictions....
