Does anyone believe TPL/PTSC will simply grant a license to the J2.5, say thanks alot and walk away after spending several million dollars in a court of law? The ONLY way that might occur is if our patents are worthless. The "business resolution" implies the companies involved are doing/going to do business amongst themselves in some manner. Why is Judge Ward overseeing an MOU? What is that all about? I'd have to conclude there is more to this story, either that or TPL royally, and I do mean royally, screwed us and themselves in this matter.
