Respectfully, you guys are missing the point. I can appreciate there may be a method to the NDA madness that is to our benefit. What I can not appreciate is how the BOD can be permitted to trade on the material information that only they know to the exclusion of the shareholders. That is the whole point of the insider trading rules, to avoid that type of scenario. If they want to continue to make settlements confidential because of some master plan, then they should not be permitted to trade until the full terms of the settlement become known. That would at least make them really have to consider if the NDA is worth it. We have to level the playing field.
