Then what is Judge Ward holding onto in the MOU? I'm thinking the J's may have paid a small fee that was included in the 10Q. If the rest is contingent on the USPTO decision and because it is unknown at this time perhaps all we get from the settlement is in the last Q and PTSC meets the old way of reporting. However if the USPTO decision validates the patents then PTSC will get more and have to report the revenue in a new way as identified in the Q by the highlighted sentence by Milestone. Dosn't this make more sence since judge Ward is overseeing the MOU still.
All the best,'
