"Research In Motion Agrees to Moore Microprocessor Patent(TM) Portfolio License"

When I read that it looks to me like we had them backed up against the wall, and they finally relented ("agrees to") because there was no 'good way out'. I doubt we received peanuts, and it may indeed be another "watershed event' as you state.
