Things (outside influences)are happening that will dictate where the share price will go, until these happenings happen we will go nowhere.

That IMO is not an excuse to not try and better our position any way we can, and one possible way to do this is to continue to strengthen our BoD... If those other factors reslove satisfactorily (as most here expect, and all certainly hope), is it then time to get rid of the deadwood?? If it is the right time then, it is the right time now..

Your Giants... Did they expect to win the SB at the begining of the yr? Did they participate in the draft last April? Did they add players they thought would make the diff between being an also ran.. a playoff team.. a SB victor?? Take a look at how those rookies contributed to the overall success of their (your) season.. No one expected those rookies to be major contributory factors in a championship run, but guess what, they sure as h were..

Planning, getting some breaks and the right 'players' are what make champions.. sometimes getting new blood to replace the old can make an also ran a SB victor.
