Maybe Brian refuses to accept another explanation for the J2.5 settlement numbers because he actually knows what he said is true. In a polite way, he's telling us we got nada. He is in a better position to know something of the settlement particulars than any of us on this board. He's probably said all he can... and perhaps he doesn't know anything more other than what he stated. He obviously believes what he said was fact, not conjecture. This is a very bitter pill to swallow but when I see the market yawning at each and every new licensee no matter the size, I have to believe there are folks out there who know how much these licenses are worth... and it's apparently not much.
