We had some discussion last week about placing a value of the MMP for determining what infringing companies owe. Someone mentioned that the chips sell for about $12 each. My thoughts are that the MMP technology should be worth as much as the chips themselves for without the MMP what would the infringers products be worth and how well would thier products work.
