You are right, but at the same time I would like to know why the 8K filing after the J's settlement was not filed as a material event. It was such an event that insiders were not allowed to trade. It was, what should have been, the defining moment in companys' future revenue stream. There is no way, whether it be, a success, or a failure that it was not a material event. After all, look what happen to the S/P. So why was it not filed as a material event. And I have sent emails to the compnay several times and have not gotten an answer. They are required by law to make proper, non-misleading filings and they don't even do that. Where is the accountability. I know some get tired of hearing about the same issue from me, but if they do not even make proper lawful filings how are we to expect any truthful information from them.
