Having been in PTSC since the ground penetrating radar days I finally decided to sell my position last week. I was stunned by the quarterly report and dismayed by the shareholder letter. From the beginning of the alliance with TPL I feared the Leckrones would find a way to steal the money or the portfolio. After the quarterly, Brian summarized my perpective lucidly and provided compelling data to buttress his arguments. Immediately he was set upon by a confederacy of apologist for the BOD, pollyanas, and new arrivals ignorant with regard to Brian's history with this board. Folks, this investment is not really about the value of the portfolio anymore but about TPL's control over the licensing process. When and if PTSC's interest are fairly represented in that process I might reinvest.
