I agree/disagree with you on the issue of Board Members. A new board member, probably won't have an effect, but a Chairman of the Board appointment, a strong respected person of excellent credential (on the line of a Schrock type), one who can publicly speak out in a way that clarifies and commits to the market that transparency will be provided, would do wonders, IMO.
