but if ypu read the court documents the "T3" took us to court first becuase.???...... we where asking for a low payment .... My guess is no.. it is becuase they asked for portion of sales,,,,, If you remeber they also stated they have been in talks for 18 months,,,I am quiet sure we raised our pirce......
