Bad settlements + confidentiality would equal immediate litigation. The point is that IMO TPL does not have as much control as you think and the fact that PTSC is not doing anything about it tells me something. So either way, I have to believe the decisions being made, as clandestine as they may be, are for the ulitmate benefit of the shareholders. Hopefully you will regret your decision.

With the above in my opinion you're not only just right on the money but you cleft the arrow in two like Robin Hood once did.

May I add what I mentioned before that whoever wants to earn money with this stock stick to your shares and be sure that it is not more dangerous to ride an elevator in the cellar than to ride it on the eightieth floor.
