Steve... Perhaps this has already been brought up/hashed out..

Regarding your "YES" answer from Hawk, or PTSC via Hawk... Since it appears you have established some repitoire with Hawk, or PTSC (good work btw).. I would request that you follow up your initial questioning and ask Hawk (PTSC), if any settlements to date have included anything but a one time lump sum payment...

If they are indeed not one time payments why was the Insider Trading restriction, in place from settlement to Q, lifted directly post Q release?
