you should open your mind just a little to the possibility that there might be a scenario to which they can be used to everyone's advantage. Otherwise they are worthless.

I'm glad to see that you have FULL CONFIDENCE that the BoD, for which so many are berating for less than sterling decisions, are able to do better with the prefs.
