If the offer were for a minimum of $2 per share today, I'd take it. Based on PTSC's refusal of the original TPL offer, where they said their portion of the MMP was worth $1B minimum, considering what's been signed to date, the better position the patents are in today vs then, the positive Markman, and the fact that PTSC is in a much stronger position today, that seems to be the floor IMO. A premium over $2 is more approrpriate, and everyday that goes by should increase the cost.
