I think that RG was hired to find a co. on the Nasdaq that we could merge with and that TPL and PTSC will become one co. during that process. I think that DL and RG are working together in that effort. I think our SP is suffering bc S. has to get out before any of this can take place. There probably will need to be a RS in the process, but that should be a very good thing if all goes well. I had certainly rather have 1/3 of the shares that I now have at a much greater price and with the potential of a great Nasdaq stock. I encourage all of you to take a look at what DL is doing with the TPL group. RG and Schrock have the experience to make all of this happen--take a look at their history.
