Yup, I saw that about OPLA. Per the USPTO info they get the patent file and re-ex file when the examiner is done. When they finish their review, it all goes to Publications, which issues the cert, then to Records Room.
To your knowledge and experience, is there any time lag (perhaps due to backlogs and lack of personnel) in Publications posting the cert? It's only been a couple of weeks since Record Room moves.
I may be grasping at delicious straws, but we've got some wierd stuff right in front of us. Pursuit may be pointless, but IMO beats everything else being discussed.
