Liked your posted, btw, so I'm asking this out of pure ignorance but would a jury actually decide obviousness??? or is it their responsibility to decide infringement???

I was under the assumption that the USPTO, under process of the re-exams, would decide on obviousness and prior art...i.e. validity???

You can be as harsh as you like ;-) cause I really don't understand either process all that well.
