Wow! Well done Steve! The way you worded the question, their straight-forward answer sounds pretty conclusive. Perhaps I can now dismiss the contingency theory as purely delusional (now where's that number for the "delusion hotline"?!).

The only "out" IMO is if PTSC is not aware of the terms in the MOU. But it does seem that if this were the case, their answer would not be so definitive/absolute, but would be worded in some clever fashion as to leave the question open.

OH well. Guess I'm all wet.... Sorry for wasting people's brain power (and my own! LOL).

There are still alot of inexplicable "clues" - maybe Virt's theory holds water.

We should still get a pop from any positive PTO results (forward-looking significance).
