Look at the response from PTSC and then Kens. PTSC said "no" the settlement does not contain USPTO provisions.

Kens response could have been a no as well, however he said they could not respond to the question. Why two different answers to questions pertaining to conditions of the "settlement". I believe there must be more to the deal than we have been told.

I am not ready to remove my monkey hand from the cookie jar yet.

The plot sickens.
