Let me repeat what I said to Palsy. IMHO its S & L's business model to drive companies out of business while draining as much money out of the company as possible. A Patriot M/A would involve spending money, which might have a negative impact on the SP and the amount a large seller of the stock would take in. Which is why I came up with the theory that Turley did come up with a M/A, but that it was denied because it was felt that it would initially have a negative impact on SP, not because it was a bad deal.
