We all know that S&L has been a vampire on this stock... and they where rewarded & rewarded & rewarded for the finaicing,,, that is all over they have (12-31-07) 23 million shares,, they will not benifit from a low share price .... If Turley did come up with a M&A that had a neg impact on share price...(how much lower can we go.... PE 7.. 1/5 of the share price in cash... you buy a company with losses you get a instant tax break on profits...) the Bottom line is Swartz has 23 miiion shares.. If he sell 100,000 shares a day he will be around for another year,,,,, I dislike S&L / Swartzy as much as anyone but I respectfully disagree... Swartz wants a Good M&A too.....
