I am addressing what seems to be the groupthink that seems to pervade the boards. Not you personally. When we were winning the Leckys could do no wrong, now the board seems to be turning. Do I think they will act in their own self interest? Absolutely.

Of greater importance is that the PTSC shareholder has no representaion in PDS but S & L does.
