Sorry, one important word was missing in my letter - I have sent it corrected:

"Dear Mr. Goerner,

according to a post, written on the PTSC Yahoo Messsaging Board from a shareholder, who is well-known to Patriot because of two shareholder letters he edited, he received final confirmation and information about the FINANCIAL outcome of the settlement between TPL/PTSC and Matsushita, NEC and Toshiba in 12/07."
