Each of the T3 is accused of infringing on the 890 in the EDT lawsuit.

I think we can assume that at least some of the Js infringed as well. Must have been strategy. Don 't show all your cards unless you need to/want to.

Regardless of why TPL/PTSC chose this particular time to enforce the 890, the point is that we have another MMP patent that apparently most companies infringe on! Even if another exparte exam, doesn't that improve the overall odds with the USPTO?

And now we can ponder the possibility that perhaps, even now, TPL/PTSC have not yet shown all their cards. Hmmmm Opty
