I am of the belief that TPL is actively pursuing and negotiating with companies to license the MMP even though there have been no news of any signings. And thus my question, (and please forgive if this is dumb).

Can TPL lisense the MMP to companies and delay reporting them in news releases? Or are they(TPL/PTSC) obligated by SEC rules or Master Agreement to report all licensing at the time of signing?
