I simply think that the company thought that the wise and appropriate response should not be a PTSC/TPL pr when they are in the middle of licensing as it incorporates the decisions of the SC.

Also, the immediate to the the rescue type of response by Dutton, does not jive with their seeemingly independent analysis in previous update

If Dutton got this opinion, separate from PTSC, so much the better!
