My take is (corrections welecom).. the Bid is the market set selling piont @ that time,,, the ask is the merket set selling piont... MM(market makers do have shares offered to sell @ the ask.. on L2 you can see the number offered.. it is possible that shares will be sold @ the ask but you would/could see that MM's shares offered removed(if over the # of shares offered)... with BB stocks they show 5000 but it could be some other amount of shares(@ these selling prices below .50cents)....... I said 75,000 where buys becuase I did not see the MM's removed from the ask side...I may be wrong on all of this but I am going by what I observed...

I also said Nite was walking it down becuase I saw them on ask side ... then the price was lowered and no shares exchanged... I saw this as a signal
