that MCEL's meeting with board went well yesterday because they are up and trading on the pink sheets.

I guess they won't file bankruptcy. I guess they got bout out.

But then no 8-k has been filed yet. I'm assuming an 8-k would have to file an 8-k in regards to their status/future.

IF MCEL got bought out it wasn't by PTSC.

There goes my delusional dream of PTSC buying MCEL.
