The next letter will probably clarify alittle more what the JV with NuPower will bring. May advise that PTSC is considering purchasing full ownership of the Nupower IP after the validation period.... maybe the letter is advise that PTSC has completed their validation period and going full steam with the NuPower Joint venture and annoucing plans to include TPL for the licensing...
