First of all USPTO deals with pattens & ruling that can mean lots of money for investors and public companies... So the procedures they have and the movements of files & wrappers should work the same/similar for all reviews (IMHO)... so people who watching this have no idea on the ruling.... And lets be honest the results are what is critical...specualtors may appear as they always do... but the most important items is the results... and we must wait....(&wait)
