Good response, but my understanding is that the '148 and '336 are very closely integrated in their useful application. Further, it is my understanding that the useful benefit of using one cannot be fully realized without incorporating the other. Thus, they probably have an equally wide "brush stroke". And this is why I don't see one having significantly greater importance or significance than the other.
