Patriot was listed because of the SH letter, yet on a Patriot board nearly all the follow-up was on Viaspace and/or how it might relate to Patriot. In fact, the post only contained the article title and the Viaspace news.

I was merely pointing out that that there was no relationship between the two companies other than the fact that they had unrelated news on the same day and some newsletter picked them both up (among other companies).

Yes, I do not know that Viaspace is "not one in the mix." But I could say that about every company in the world. Do you know that Oracle or CommValult are not in the mix? I don't, but I can say with some certainty that Patriot has no MOU with either.

The absence of lack of proof does not constitute proof.
