sign they have been waiting for. TPL is not going to give deep discounts anymore and as we can see from the T3 litigation pacers, we have asked for royalty bearing revenues.
PxP, you are correct, infringers saw low settlement dollars from the J3 and they are not willing to pay the dollar amounts that TPL is asking without Validation from the USPTO.
With Validation, we are home free. Without it, we must see what RG can do for us on his own without the MMP.
I believe we will see a spike in price should we get the thumbs up from the USPTO followed by announcements of License agreements.
Why pay MILLIONS in fees "if" the 148 et al, don't make it out of the USPTO re validated? I'd wait too.
