Sure PTSC could buy back 200,000,000 shares at .10/share. But how many years would the SP need to be supressed to be able to accomplish that? How can you buy back 200,000,000 shares without making the SP rise? Most investors are holding IMO. Also IMO a huge buy back of shares is unlikely now and impractical when you think about it. The only significant reduction in the float will have to come from a reverse split IMO at the right time when the patents are done with the re-exam process and the SP is much higher.
If the BOD insiders are starting to buy IMO the bottom is near. After all how much lower can we go?
