"The BOD apologists here directly mirror those who have chosen to 'attack' Brian's thoughts on this and other subjects.."

I don't see, how you came to that conclusion, that I tried to defend the BoD - I simply try to sum up the facts, WHY these three members of the BoD joined PTSC.

And while I have to accept the fact, that they made several negative decisions regarding the management AND the company - at least their latest decision to bring in Mr. Goerner seems to be positive.

"He's an Anesthesiologist for heaven's sake... I have no time for long past 'representations'.. I want current expertise to help the value of my shares. He has no place on this BOD."

I agree 100%, that we need expertise, but what kind of expertise would we have needed in the past years? AFTER the (hopeful) validation of the patents through the USPTO I hope/expect the company "collects" the expertise they need.

"Executive Board Chairman.. from Swartz' funnel to Chairman.. @ a cool qtr mil/yr"

Again I agree, that it's hard to swallow, BUT that's business: the one, who brings the money, has the power - and you won't change this in any company in the world.

"As for her expertise as a CPA, it was under her guidance that every single SEC filing had to be redone and refiled, as we sat with yet another 'e' attached.. remember that? IMO she should have been canned then."

I wasn't aware that ALL SEC filings from 2002 - 2005 were late filings, but at least in 2006 there were some reasonable explainations, why PTSC was not interested to file in time. But despite this: We had Sweeney as CFO from 08/2005 until last year - so I would blame this more on him than on a BoD member.

"Forum members can make up their own minds about whom to believe.."

Sorry, but I'm not here for a fight, who wants to catch as many believer as possible, I'm just trying to keep the discussion objective, though I'm so deeply in the red, you wouldn't want to be for yourself, and I would ABSOLUTELEY love to make someone responsible for my own decisions...

But these decisions were only made because of my own DD, a lot of information I found here and in other places AND quite important: because of public statements made by the company = management.

I never heard or read ONE statement by Falk, Felcyn or Johnson (besides the announcement of RG), thus they couldn't mislead me - but there were a lot of public statements by Pohl, Turley and even Goerner, which made me believe, that "NOW" was the right time to buy (and I still believe, it was their intention to do so). And it always was the wrong time, because things turned completely different (what I suspect, they knew it would).

So again: Who is to blame for my situation?

First, me, myself and I.

Second, those, who were responsible for the public perception of this company.
