But an end to debt/equity financing means that we can use the cash to fund day to day (and pay new salaries) PLUS use the additional shares to attract new talent. I wouldn`t mind if some of those shares were commited to employees stock options say at a strike of 60 cents. Yes there willl be dilution, but

it will mean that this is a real company and the stock you hold now will be worth 6 times as much.

JW said that the AMD deal turned the corner for PTSC. I think that the company could use the cash to bettter strategic advantage right now. Sign a few more deals or win the case and then start talking buyback.
