I hate to say this Mark4321, but I do not follow what you are trying to say. Are you saying that because Fujitsu has an MMP license, they can develop semiconductors that infringe on the MMP with non-licensed manufacturers? Are you saying that TPL's license to Fujitsu would allow them to do this?
