After a successful PTO re-exam those Treasury shares will be worth a lot of money. I would imagine that certain stipulations are going to be made about share value at future dates. If we fail the re-exam it all does not matter anyway. Anyone willing to merge with us knows this also. I guess RG is getting his ducks in a row for a suspected future successful re-exam.
