At this point I think Rg is relaying that he will use what we have to not stop the boat from moving forward. He most certainly can believe in the MMP and more $$$'s from it, but he must use what we have today if he wants to keep forward momentum. I don't believe any good CEO would try to do business with what he does not have yet.

This does not imply that the MMP is dead by any means. It imply's that RG is using the resources that are available to him today and that is all he is telling us. The future $$$'s from the MMP is just icing on the cake!
