2007 Fiscal year showed NET income of 23.7M on approx $49M in their half of earnings from PDS overall earnings of about $110M.

To date for this year through the 10q for Q3, PDS has less revenue, about $48.85M to date, so it's pretty unlikely PTSC will out do that this year. HOWEVER, what they can show is resolution of the J3 litigation, progress and perhaps some comment on the USPTO front, and DEFINITE progress in the M&A department and diversification of their revenue stream, so there are a lot of positives that can be highlighted even if the MMP hasn't provided as much income as previously. Top that off with what I think is a FACT, that the MMP revenues will increase again and likely outstrip previous totals if the USPTO validates the patentsl, and the story is brighter still.

While I hope you're right about the quarter numbers, we'll know for sure in a few days.
