...thats exactly my point of view. And to substantiate the thesis that Crossflo preferred shares to cash, one just has to consider the share-cash ratio. Isn't it just the principle of free market economy to earn as much as possible. What I think is that Crossflo accepted a deal like this because for them its the most profitable way.
